Xerox
Open Answers has designed, project managed and implemented a number of web sites for Xerox Europe. Open Answers also migrated the company's extranet for the USA to the UK and then subsequently to a new ISP. The company continues to monitor, support and manage these services. Open Answers' services include management of the database, application, web server and security systems.

British Airways
Open Answers has a team of Unix experts working within ba.com Technology Team, supporting technologies including Solaris, Linux and WebLogic. Open Answers has played a key role in the development of the ba.com web site, with personnel undertaking systems architecture, design, development and team leadership roles. Open Answers also remotely supports an application for BA Holidays running non-core British Airways technology including various open source products. In addition to delivering training courses, Open Answers is also tasked with technical skills transfer, particularly with regard to WebLogic.
 
Camelot
When Camelot decided to create a dynamic web site to support online lottery games, it needed to create a Unix support team within a short period of time. Open Answers personnel augment Camelot's internal teams with technical architects, systems administrators and engineers looking after National Lottery web site applications, running within a predominantly IBM pSeries infrastructure, including AIX, Websphere, Tivoli Storage Manager and SAN storage infrastructure. Open Answers' developers have undertaken a range of activities including the design and development of a bespoke scheduling system for overnight batch processing, along with systems interfacing with J2EE applications and many third party systems. In doing this we have also built-up close working relationships with many of Camelot's technology suppliers.
 
AirMiles
Open Answers have hosted the AirMiles web site, with support services including load balancing, firewall management, web, application and database server administration.
 
CBRE
Corporate estate agents CBRE used Open Answers managed firewall service to ensure international email services and web browsing for several thousand users across 25 European sites.
 
London Borough of Ealing
In common with many public sector organisations, the London Borough of Ealing undertook a massive technology refresh. Open Answers provided a managed service for the data centre, monitoring and maintaining the Sun hardware that supports the authority’s core applications. The company also prototyped, migrated and hosted a web site for Ealing Homes.
 
Reuters
Open Answers has provided many services to Reuters, including Y2K compliance, security audit, software development and training.
 
Dixons
Over the past 12 years, Open Answers has provided Dixons Group with a wide range of services from support to bespoke development, capacity planning, performance tuning and security auditing.
